Captivate TEB and Highlight Box Misalignment

New Here ,
Jul 20, 2015 Jul 20, 2015

Hi all,

I have some TEB's with red highlight boxes behind them to indicate if any of the TEB's have errors. When I publish the project, the red boxes are misaligned as shown in the screenshot below. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,

You publish to SWF or HTML5?

Sorry, should have asked immediately: did you try different browsers, and have the same problem everywhere? For SWF I didn't have to ask that, consistent behavior, but HTML5 is a different beast.

Hi,

I tried it in Firefox, IE10 and Safari and I get the same problem. In Firefox I also got a Captivate error message pop-up to say that the browser does not support all of the functionality in the project.

Do you think I should replace the red boxes with something a little simpler such as red bullet points?

Thanks,

Ross

It probably would be easier. You could try with a shape behind the TEB's as well, don't know if alignment will be better.

Unfortunately the red rectangles are already located behind the TEB's. I'll try experimenting with something simpler, like a red dot to see if that improves anything.

Thanks,

Ross
