Captivate video content issue on android devices

I have created a video content using adobe captivate trial version. I viewed this content (multi SCROM package) on browser and on tablet as well. On browser, this video content is playing fine, but on tablet only audio is there, no visuals are appearing. I used a demo video file (*.mp4 format) and

Iam using tablet

-Galaxy Tab E

-Resolution (Main Display):1280 x 800 (WXGA)

-Video Playing Formatted, M4V, 3GP, 3G2, MKV, WEBM

-Video Playing Resolution :FHD (1920 x 1080)@30fps

-OS:Android (4.4).

need to know the reason why my content is not playing video files on android tablet.

Is it possible your video resolution is too high?

What happens if you reformat your Captivate project to be the same 1280 x 800 resolution as your tablet display? Does it show then?
