Im using 2017 captivate and I am importing audio clip into captivate however, when I select edit the audio, it gives me this unfinished loaded screen and therefore I cannot exit the pop-up screen, so I lose anything edited and must force quit. I've restarted my computer several times and saved the a new file version on a different local folder and same results.
Please help.

I have seen that you are on Windows, but you'll not see that folder because you lack administrator rights. There is a manual way.
Close Captivate. Go into you profile\AppData\Local\Adobe\ and look for the folder Captivate_10. Rename thar folder (it is the Prefrences folder). When you restart Captivate a brand new folder with default files will be created. Since you have rights on your profile (under users) ou don't need Administrator rights for that workflow.

Would love to help you, but have no idea which popup you mean? Could you post a screenshot? Check your exact version number as well under Help, About Captivate. The most recent version is 10.0.1.285.

Moving the scrollbar is not helping? Either it is a resolution issue or something is corrupted.
Try first to check the Display Percentage in WIndows's Control Panel, try to make it bit lower. Are you on a retina screen?
If that is not helping, maybe cleaning the Preferences could solve the problem. Close Captivate, look in the subfoler 'utils' under the installatin folder for the file CleanPreferncesWin.bat and run that file. You will need Adminisntrator rights, do you have them?

I move the scroll bar and it follows it. I cleared my cache and it still does this. Not sure about the resolution as it does the same on my laptop screen vs external monitor. I'm using PC and couldn't find that folder, I also do not have admin rights.

Renaming the folder seemed to have worked! I have full view of my audio popup window! Although I lost 2 hours on this progress, this was worth knowing it was resolved! Thank you again Lilybiri on saving us!
