Centering Shapes - Captivate 9

Contributor ,
Dec 11, 2016 Dec 11, 2016

I'm working in Captivate 8 and 9 and I have a couple questions:

1.   Is there a quicker way to center shapes on the slide than using the modify menu?  Perhaps there are large "snap to" cross hairs I can turn on that will show me the center of the slide relative to the shape being dragged?

2. I can't seem to UNcenter my shape when I've indicated that in the modify menu.  The line items in the modify menu remains checked no matter what I do.
