Characters' Assets preview images broken links

In Captivate 2019, when I go to Media>Characters>Get Free eLearning Assets>Character Library and choose a category, the thumbnails are all broken links and the names, no images.  Any thoughts?  Thank you

Which version of CP2019? Do you have the Assets panel or not?

The first version?  Got it as Captivate 2019 when it came out.  If by "Assets panel" you mean the drop down option "Assets" in Characters, then yes.  If no then can you tell me more?  Thanks

Please give the full version number, even though you are sitll on 11.0, even in that first versoin bug patches were released. Are you sure that you have installed the eLearning assets? Look under Public Documents if you are on Windows, Adobe folder.

Update to 11.0.1.266 please. There is also a free update to 11.5 but do not install that one if you are still busy with projects in this version.

Not sure it will fix the issue, but you'll be rid of some bugs.

Do not forget to clean the Preferences after installing.
