Click and Hold interaction

Hello,

I'm using Captivate 2017. I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to use a click and hold action. The action I have in mind is to have the user click and hold on a button which tells an object to rotate as long as they hold the mouse down on the button. Additionally, it would also display numbers that increment while the mouse is held down. Any advice/suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
