I've created a project from a PPT, recorded audio and have the .swf. I've also created 3 Video Demos. I have the cpvc and mp4s for these. I want to combine this into a single eLearning to upload to our LMS. My original thought was an aggregator project as I thought the TOC would be good since I want learners to be able to watch any piece at any time. But alas, the aggregator only sees swf's.
I am not committed to an aggregator project so I am open to the best solution.
Thank you!!

Aggregator projects cannot be published for SCORM output. It won't be compatible with your LMS.
If you publish each of your projects as a separate SCORM zip, then you can use the Adobe Multi SCORM Packager tool that comes with Captivate to bundle them all up into a single multi-SCO zip that should be compatible with your LMS, providing your LMS will accept multi-SCORMs.

It depends of course on the size of the individual files and the way they will be watched (bandwidth) but maybe you ignore that it is possible to insert a cpvc on a slide in a cptx project? You have to use the option 'CPVC-slide' from the Insert menu. You could also insert the published mp4 as video. To allow the user to go quickly to a video slide, you can offer them the TOC.
Another tip: it is possible to record a cpvc-slide directly ina cptx-file as well: use the big button Slides, and choose Video Demo. Beware: that video demo slide will have the same resolution as the cptx-project.
BTW: these forums are accessible to every user, sort of a database with answers. It is helpful if the subject of the thread has some meaningful information. If you allow me to edit your subject line toa dd 'Combining files' or something to your wish? Tags are another way of making the thread more easily to be found.

Thank you. Please do edit the Subject line to make it more meaningful. Whatever you think best. I appreciate the input as I expect to be a frequent visitor as I will be doing more and more Captivate.
