Connection to www.adobe.com needed after having publishing in our LMS

Hello,

 

after the upload to our LMS and an initial start of the eLearning an error occures that a connection to www.adobe.com  was declined. How can I fix this problem?

You will need to supply more information about this issue.

  • Which version of Captivate are you using? (Cp 2019 or 2023 etc)
  • Is this a new course or a previously created course that you are uploading to a new LMS?
  • Have you made sure the output is HTML5 and does not include any SWF components?
  • Are there any links to PDF documents in your content that might be triggering opening a page on the Adobe website (e.g. a page to Acrobat reader) that no longer exists or has been moved?
