Hola!

Gracias.

I am sorry that you didn't get any answer yet. Know that there are very few experts around who really can help with that new version, but as moderator this is saddening for me.

From what I can detect in the video, you are watching the output on a very high-resolution screen, whereas the new Captivate creates only responsive project which means that this is focused more on mobile screens as well with its different canned layouts. Such a project wouldn't present well on a mobile screen, it has lot of texts and vector-based images. What do you mean by it is not looking complete? Do you miss  part of texts?

Can you check if you are using the most recent version which is 12.3.0.12? You'll see the full version number on the screen opening by Help, About Adobe Captivate.

Can you also check the font sizes of the text styles you are using? Maybe you need to change them, they should be different for the 3 default layout resolutions.
