Good Day Community!,
We are using SuccessFactor LMS and publishing to it via SCORM by using either Adobe Captivate.
In a sporadic manner, users might get courses to complete reminders eventhough they finished the courses. It seems, sometimes, courses completion status is not sent or registered by SuccessFactors LMS.
Please help me to understand if there is a facility/option in Captivate to send course completion status to LMS manually so that we can make it available at the last page of the courses. For example, a line and button could show up and read - "Please click this button to ensure the LMS captures your course completion".
Thanks in advance for your input. 🙂
Regards,
Paul

How did you set up the Reporting section in Quiz Preferences? A screenshot would tell me a lot: do you have scored objects, which version of SCORM do you use (or maybe another protocol) etc..
The idea of a scored button at the last slide is valid. It is a good practice to have at least one slide after the Results slide. But I don't even know if you have a Results slide.
Sometimes it helps when you post the exact version number of Captivate. You find it under Help, About Captivate. The most recent version is 11.8.1.

Completion is based only on getting 100% score (my suspicion) which is realized when the Next button has been clicked. I understand that you don't want to show the results slide, but could you insert it anyway (and than hide it). Transfer of a score is done after the (hidden) results slide. Is that the case for all learners?
