CP 8 - Snap to Window issue

Hi,

I'm trying to record using snap to window - but the recording box is not snapping right to the edge of the window....it's going about 15 pixels outside of it on all sides. I tried using all three major web browsers to see if that would help - but it didn't.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know why it wouldn't snap to the actual window...maybe there's something odd about how that window is 'created' by the program.

But can't you just set a custom size and place the recording window exactly where you want it?

The snap will not snap to the recorded application anymore.

If I turn off snap and place the red boundary box to record the size and location required, the result is not what was setup. It records a good bit to the lower right of what was setup. So I see the red boundary box as part of the recording which is so weird.

I have installed that latest update, removed-reinstalled-updated again.... no joy.

This is so frustrating when deadlines are so close!!!
