Are you on 9.0.2.437? FIrst release of 9 had serious bugs with advanced actions.

Sure that you ddn't use duplicate names, which can be another cause for problems.

The first answer seemed to work after we updated his CP9 but now the actions aren't staying again.   He'll apply a standard action or an advanced action to a button and save then the next day open up the project again and the action has changed from what he'd set to Continue.  Anyone else seen this happen??

Did you check the second possible cause: duplicate names? Is there a good labeling discipline for everything to avoid duplicates?

Can you please check where you have your Default Locations set up in Preferences?

Are both fields pointing to folders on the local C drive of the computer, or are they pointing to an external network drive somewhere?
