Cp9 RTL text boxes still with punctuation issues/embedded Western characters

I created a new Captivate project and formatted the the text boxes for RTL orientation. Last I checked the box from the Preferences menu marked "Requires an indic composer for Indic-Arabic language support (for newly created projects only) --> Right to Left

I have been copying and pasting from a Word document that has been formatted correctly for Hebrew. HOWEVER, the first and final punctuation mark will disappear and any embedded Western letters will destroy the formatting.

There must be a fix for this. This is not normal.

First off, what is an "Indic Composer", is this s a plugin for Captivate? If so, where do I download one. And yes, this is in a newly created project. I should note that all the dummy text for Captivate is English. Does this affect it in any way?

Hello again. Just to clarify, the name of this problem is "Paragraph direction". InDesign has it and word has it.

Assuming I can figure out the bit of code that controls "Paragraph direction" how would I apply it to my text content?
