CP9 timeline changing from seconds to minutes

A colleague has a project that he is adding video to.  The timeline has changed from seconds to minutes.  He'd like it to either stay in seconds or on the slides that don't have video for it to be in seconds.  Any ideas?

Tell him to take a look at the small slider control right at the bottom of the timeline area.

If it is pushed right over to the left, tell him to move it further to the right.
