Create a demo or simulation within a presentation project

I'm just starting to use Captivate 8. In earlier versions, I was able to insert a demo or simulation while I was building a presentation by just click on a little red button which is not in ver. 8. I tried doing it from the File menu, but that makes it into another project, not where I need it in my presentation. Is this not possible anymore?

Only way now is to use the Big Button Slides, Software Simulation. Sorry for the UI change, should be easier but is not always the case. It is missing from the Insert menu.
