Hello,
I am new to Captivate, using C9 on Win 10. I searched the forums for this question, tried a few things, but I still can't seem to get the results I need.
Is there a way to customize buttons within a quiz/survey slide? I simply want it to be a rectangle with rounded edges, and to have control over the button stages. (Something easily done with objects in content slides) There are custom image buttons that come with Captivate, but even when I find one with the right shape, I can't change the color or text at all. (Please correct me if I'm mistaken here.)
I tried the workaround I found at the forums, where you put the desired shape under a transparent button. The only problem was, there was no way to make the button stages work. Since I had to keep the real button the same-ish size on top of the shape so users would click it, neither the transparent button nor the shape (made into a button that does nothing) would allow for good-looking button stages.
Is there a way to make custom buttons in surveys/quizzes that allow for stages?
Thank you!

You can check on the Quiz master slides how it looks, because the small Preview in the OSM will probably not be sufficient. Which buttons are used at this moment, depends on the Theme you are using (Object styles and Master sli

Thank you!!
(Though the limit of question slide buttons IS a pity...!)
