Custom Quiz Slide Pause for Feedback

New Here ,
Oct 06, 2015 Oct 06, 2015

Hi all,

I have created a custom quiz slide (as shown below) and want to show the user feedback before advancing to the next slide. I've got an advanced action that will display the appropriate feedback based on the user's choice when they click the submit button. Now I need a way of creating a pause, while the feedback in displayed, before advancing to the next slide.

I'm wondering if I can either:

  1. Assign a short pause/delay before Go to Next Slide
  2. Switch the button from Submit to a Continue to Next Slide button once the correct answers have been selected

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ross

This is exactly my question, too. I'm bummed that yours wasn't answered. Here's my quiz screeen:

The feedback (Judges' Comments) box is shown here overlapping the rest of the content, but it works in real life, just as yours does: user selects one of the options (A through E) and clicks Submit to show it. I don't want the slide to advance until the user finishes reading and clicks Next, but I can't figure out how to override the slide duration setting. I could set it to a really long duration, I suppose, but I'm betting that will cause more problems in the end.

Help?
