Demo Copied Slides Out of Focus When Brought to New Project

Captivate 8-

Hello!

         I am in need of some advice, and it would be SUCH a time saver if someone more experienced could assist....

       I am creating a project using slides from both interactive and demo projects. Everything works great, except when I go to copy in demo slides from a demo project.

       I play the slide on the demo side, and it looks great. However, when I copy it into my core project, the slide gets messed up and the part that I click on in the demo gets magnified. Additionally, the text part of the demo starts typing on a completely different part of the page.

      I have tried many things, and at this point, it's just frustrating.

Any ideas?

Is the resolution different between the demo project and the project to which you copy the slides? If you copy to a project that has a different resolution, messing up location and size of object is a typical result.
