Designing Captivate e-learning modules for Mobile devices

Hi guys,

At the moment, I am designing and developing a responsive e-learning module in Captivate that obviously has to look and good on a variety of mobile devices.

I am using Breakpoints where I have the 5 different views for laptop, tablet and mobile etc. The main problem arises when I go to the 5th view for a mobile phone that has a portrait / upright orientation. I can adjust the text sizes and positions so that it looks all fine in captivate

BUT... when I test it on my own mobile phone (a HUAWEI Honor 9) it does NOT LOOK the SAME!

I often have to go back a few times and do more adjustments to the size and position of things before I get a reasonable result on my phone!

Is there a surefire way of doing this once and getting it right first time?

It is driving me NUTS!

Also...

On the subject of designing Captivate Modules on PCs etc for mobile devices, is there an free android emulator that I can download and install on my PC / laptop

with Chrome Browser in it so that I can view any e-learning module on my PC and it would look same as me viewing it on my own mobile?

Thanks in advance!

Are you doing this manually on each slide or using the Object styles? There are a multitude of browser resolutions on mobile devices, which makes it bit of a trial and error when designing so that it looks great on most? Have a look ar:
