Do I need responsive project if I'm exporting to an MP4??

Hi, Just wondering if I'm not making a SCORM project only exporting to a movie file, then does it matter if I use the fluid boxes vs. the old fashioned blank project? Thanks!

There is no way to publish a responsive project to MP4. Quite logical, since MP4 is passive video.
