Does Captivate sync with systems like Stripe or Paypal to charge monthly subscription fees?

You'll need to integrate with an LMS with eCommerce integration to sell your courses... or roll your own.  LearnDash and WordPress combined with an eCommerce gateway can do this.  Sensei from WooCommerce is also good.
