Drag and Drop - How do I turn my "Failure Captions" into "Failure Shapes"?

I don't know how I did it, but I created two different drag and drop interactions where one will give you failure and success captions and the other gives you failure and success shapes.  For stying purposes, I much prefer the shapes.  How do turn my failure / success captions into shapes?

These are what show when "on accept" and "on reject" are clicked under the format tab of a drop target.
