Is it possible to save Drag and Drop Interaction settings when creating a copy of a Captivate slide? I would like to create a file of templates for future use, but when I copy and paste from my original slide, I lose all the drag and drop settings. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know the extent of how you have customized your drag and drop, but perhaps you involve variables and advanced actions. When I use variables and advanced actions in conjunction with features like drag and drop, and I copy the slide from within the same project and paste it elsewhere, it usually messes up the interaction. So what I like to do when I've built an interaction that I will reuse is to save it as a single slide project. Copying and pasting from one project to another has the advantage of ensuring that any variables and advanced actions maintain their uniqueness as well.

Did you copy/paste individual items or did you duplicate the slide itself?
What do you mean by 'drag and drop settings' exactly? Is it the setup of the Snap behavior, the correct answer choices, or did you use also the Object actions. I have tested all of them out, and duplicating a slide will work perfectly. Of course each of the actions will refer to the items with their adapted names. Even with shared actions for the Object actions. That is the reason for my first question.
