Drag and drop problem with Presenter 11.1, PPT 16 and Windows 10

I have an issue with Drag and Drop questions not being available. This is the screen I am presented with.

I tried adding the C: drive as a trusted location under Global settings, but then I get this error

 

Any help is appreciated.
