Hi There,
I have a scored project where the learner has to drag a file element into a "folder" on their desktop. The lesson should Auto-submit the correct answer. It works great until I turn on the scoring, then it just hangs when the correct action is performed. The project doesn't move on. Any tips for getting this to work as intended?

Will need more information. You have activated reproting for the D&D slide, and shoose AutoSubmit which will only be working for a correct answer. How many attempts do you have for the D&D? What is the action for the Last Attempt (rongly indiated as Failure ation)? DO you have interactive objects on the slide? D&D slide has an automativ pausing point which is not visible on the timeline, can you check its location (in Actions tab for the D&D?

Thanks for helping!
For clarification, Auto-submit isn't working, even if the correct item is dragged to the correct target area.
There is only 1 fail attempt.
Upon failure they see the fail caption but the lesson should still continue on.
There are no interactive objects on the slide and the pausing is set up correctly.
Apples to apples, when I clicked the 'Include In Quiz' option, the auto-submit option doesn't work. When it is un-selected, it does.

Which version do you use? I would like to double-check, provided I have that version on my system.

I just set up a simple D&D slide: with one correct answer. I turned on Auto Submit and Reporting, have 1 attempt. Since Auto Submit onlyw works for the correct answer, I had to leave the Submit button on stage to allow entering a wrong answer. I kept the default Continue action for Success, for Failure i choose Play Audio but left 'Continue playing project' activated. Everything worked as expected. THe D&D had a score of 10 points. I used a text continaer with the quizzing system var cpQuizInfoPointsscored and the points were indeed attributed for a correct answer.
THis means something must be wrong with your setup.

I have the same question. When I do what you specify (see bulleted listed below), I also have the screen freeze and not continue... but clearing the "Include in Quiz" checkbox magically fixes the issue. It is re-create-able...
* Drag and drop
* Only one source and one correct destination for drag and drop
* Auto submit
* Moved submit button OFF screen, so it's not weirdly hanging out
* 1 attempt
* On success (or failure) go to next slide
* Pause for failure caption
Can someone else try these conditions? I also am having the same issue as mollyf34348857

I replicated your setup and steps but wasn't able to replicate the issue for either HTML5 or SWF output.
What did you name your Drag and Drop interaction? Is it possible you may have used a punctuation character or hyphen in the name? (That has been known to cause issues.)
By the way, you're never going to be able to achieve a failure condition if you only have one drag source and one drop target. You need either two drag sources and one target or one drag source and at least two targets.

How many attempts? The Auto Sumbit is only for Correct answers. If you drag out the Submit button, the user has to enter a correct answer before anything will happen. The Failure event, which is really a Laqt Attempt even will never occur since you don't allow Failure when using Auto Submit.
