Dears

I am working on a project as our trainees will face an angry customer and they will be put in scenarios so they will choose between some answers  ... I need to put a dynamic meter in the slides that shows how far they went with customer, satisfaction; for example if trainee chooses answer 1, the meter should count one and move to green area .. If he chooses answer 2, the meter will count 2 and proceed to green area ... and so on.

Any suggestions

This could be done with Object States.  Each different reading on your 'meter' will need to be a different named state that has a different graphic (or version of the same graphic).  You can use Conditional Advanced Actions to change the Object State accordingly.

You definitely will need a conditional advanced (or shared) action. When using object states, they will not appear with a movement. To have a movement you'll need to apply effects, probably a combination of scale and move.

You might consider building this as a percentage scale, rather than a finite one: 1-2 is green, 3-4 is yellow, 5-6 is orange...

If you use the percentages to determine the scale after a calculation, you scored 95 out of 115, you can fine tune questions and scoring as you go. (Just don't make dramatic changes that invalidate prior scores.)

It sounds to me like you're considering a scoring system for gamification, rather than just some simple quizzing.
