My employer is making a push to move deeper into E-Learning. I have developed the courses that currently reside on our LMS, but unfortunately I don't have the time to be able to develop the additional courses. A training partner who is new to the E-Learning development world has asked to help. At the project's end, we will be paying for the course. Therefore, my employer should have the right to dictate specifics about the course. Prior to starting the project, I would like to provide them a checklist of our expectations.
Are there any of you contract developers who is willing to share a sample contract or checklist that you have provided a vendor, or was provided to you?
