Editing a training program

New Here ,
Jul 12, 2017 Jul 12, 2017

Hi,

I am new to Adobe Captivate and I am working on the version 9. I am trying to edit some slides in a pre existing training program (mostly changing some text) but there seem to be slides that I can't see on the filmstrip that appear on the preview. I have looked everywhere and can't find how to make them appear. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.

As Lilybiri mentions, the slide should be there.

However, a possible reason you are not seeing the information is that one slide that has information 'layered' on it. It may be that the information on the bottom layer is being hidden by the top layer when editing, but the bottom layer becomes visible during the preview and that gives the impression of there being an actual slide. Check the Timeline again around the point you think you have 'extra' slides, to see if there are images/shapes/text on

That is not possible, all slides are in the filmstrip. Maybe you have

slides where objects enter at different times. Check the Timeline, most

important panel of Captivate.

Another thing to do is make a copy of your project and gradually remove slides to narrow down where your 'missing' slides are.
