I am using Adobe Captivate 2019 and have insertted YouTube videos into my presentation. When exported as a SCORM files, these videos will not play in Google Chrome. However, I tested them in FireFox and they play just fine. Any possible remedies to this?

How did you test? Since you published as a SCO, for testing you would need to upload to a LMS. Was that the case? Did you also test in SCORM Cloud?

Please mention the full version number, because CP2019 is a common name for three main releases and several patch releases. You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.

Adobe Captivate 2019 version 11.5.5

Tested in our E-learning platform, Talent LMS. I did not test in SCORM
cloud. Just through Talent.

If the videos you were using are on YouTube then your issue might be due to YouTube's security blocking the videos from playing from another domain.  You need to have proven rights to the videos otherwise YouTube might think you are stealing their content.

It would be worthwhile to test in SCORM Cloud as well to see if the different behavior between Chrome and Firefox exists there as well. Are both on their more recent version (Chrome got a lot of updates recently). What about Edge? I don't think this is due to a YT restriction since it happens not on all browsers but may be wrong of course.
