Hello everybody, I´m getting crazy with an error response I get in Captivate 9 when creating a scorm package:

"Failed to create file streamread....... the saved zip file might get corrupted, try again"....

Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot Rod Ward and Paul Wilson for your answers, I finally created the scorm package by changing the file names, they were created with accents (portuguese) and finally went through. But, anyway this is a good tip for any additional bug and their email will be very useful.

Start hiding groups of slides and republishing to see if you can narrow down where the gremlin that is causing this issue might be.

If you can successfully publish out without one particular slide, then start moving objects off that slide into the scrap area until you find something.

I agree with Rod's approach to troubleshooting, but I also feel that user forums may not be the best or certainly the only place you should go for technical issues with the software. We may not have experienced exactly what you are experiencing. You may want to reach out directly to Adobe to troubleshoot your issue. You can email them at CaptivateHelp@Adobe.com.
