Error in registration of completed activities in Moodle 4.3+ with SCORM Captivate

Hello everyone, I have updated Moodle to version 4.3 and suddenly none of the SCORM activities done with Captivate are recorded as completed, even though it had worked in the previous version.

In the Moodle forums they talk about a possible Moodle bug in the Moodle 4.3 version that may be causing these problems. My client informs me that in courses prepared with Articulate he does not have these problems.

Does anyone know anything about this or have a solution?

Please try the output on SCORM Cloud to see if you have the same problems. That is the standard LMS. Captivate has a special template for Moodle.

Hello Lilybiri, it has been tested in SCORM Cloud and works correctly, the Moodle template has also been used to generate it. In fact, those same SCORMs in previous versions of Moodle worked correctly, the error only occurs in the version that we have updated, which is 4.3+. I've been investigating and it seems that there is a Bug in this version that prevents this from working correctly (maybe this is the reason). I just wanted to know if anyone has had the same problem to ask if there is a solution or will we have to wait for a new version that corrects the problem to verify that this is indeed the reason for these errors.

Your test on SCORM Cloud proves that there is indeed a problem with the Moodle version. Since I read all questions on this forum (being moderator) I can give you the information that this is the first time I have read about this Moodle issue.
