Error in Upload

Community Beginner ,

Upon uploading a SCORM 1.2 package, created with Captivate 10, to the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, I strike "Error in Upload".

Any idea why?

Turned out the problem was a special character in the title and company fields

For detecting the real cause of the problem, did you try to upload to SCORM Cloud? That is the best test: if it works well on SCORM Cloud the origin of the problem is with the LMS. If it doesn't work on SCORM Cloud, we'll have to look at the Quiz Preferences, especially the Reporting part.

Yes Lilybiri, it worked on Scorm Cloud which indicated the problem was a quirk with Cornerstone. Good tip

That's a very common issue indeed.  Which specific character was it?  Giving that information here would be very helpful to other users.
