Hi all

I have published my project and when reviewing the published file it shows this error message:

Can anyone help with how to fix this issue?

Thanks

Is this simply a Captivate being played from perhaps a web browser? I'm guessing no LMS is involved?

Assuming that's the case, you likely need to disable reporting and re-publish the project.

Cheers... Rick

Your error message says the SCORM cannot find an LMS to talk to.  That would be expected if your just publishing to a local hard drive folder rather than uploading it to an LMS.

As Rick says, if you're NOT intending to upload this to an LMS then you can just turn off Quiz > Reporting and the error message will disappear.

On the other hand, if you ARE intending to upload to an LMS and expect score reporting, then leave Quiz > Reporting turned on and just ignore the error message when you preview in browser locally. It's not going to stop anything in your project from working when you run it from your hard drive but it could get annoying if you're just getting started with a project.

I tend to leave Quiz > Reporting turned off until I have finished the module and am ready to do final publishing for testing in the LMS.
