Hi, I deactivated Captivate 6 from an old laptop and tried re-installing on a new laptop (Windows 8). Downloaded the usual way from https://licensing.adobe.com/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zliclogin/login.htm with serial number etc
Now getting Errors DF024 and DW063 (see error log below). Our network administrators have tried installing with their system logins but they also get the same error messages.
Tried reinstalling on a Windows 7 machine but same errors came up.
Any ideas please? Thanks your your help.
