To anyone who can help:

When I attempt to export the Captions and Closed Captions from a project in Captivate 2019 on a Mac, the result is a blank Word document.  If I attempt this on a Windows machine, the export is successful, resulting in a fully populated Word document.  If I then localize the appropriate column and attempt to import the file, 0 items import.  If I take a single "cell" in the original .doc file and change it, the file does import.  If I replace the entire column with the localized version, import fails.  I turned on the "Show paragraph marks and other hidden formatting symbols" in the localized .doc file and compare it to the original .doc file and I can see no changes other that the text in the localized column.

What am I doing wrong?
