Exporting project caption

Hi all, I hope someone will be able to help me.

I've migrated from Captivate 5 to 8 and now I can't export project captions anymore.

I get the following error message

I obviously checked all parameters but it was helpful.

As someone already met this problem and was able to solve it?

Hello,

The export/import work flow has always been a little bit tricky. The versions of Word and Captivate have to be compatible. Sometimes it works when Word is already opened, sometimes it is better when it is closed. Never change the file name of the Captivate file, nor the Word file if you want to import the file later on. I learned to try over and over again, and change the situations with opened/not opened and mostly it will succeed after a while; but I'm on Win7 and have no idea about other OS.
