Fatal error

Hello,

Every time I start Captivate 9 I get this message:

To give some background - I was using Captivate on my work computer (University network) without any problems. Anyway, I noticed that any assets I downloaded were being saved in a public folder on the University Drive, so I moved the folder to my local drive. I then noticed that the Assets button stopped working so I tried moving the original folder back but to no avail.

So then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Captivate (done that twice by now), and I keep getting this message when I start the program.

Also, separate issue (may well be relevant, I don't know). When I now click the "Get Free eLearning Assets" tab, it says Loading... but it never actually loads (this didn't happen before I reinstalled Captivate.

The eLearning assets are normally installed in Public Documents which is a folder on ​your system​.
