Feedback and answers loading before question answered in quiz

I've recently found an issue has started occurring in my Presentations. When students get to the quiz in the SCORM videos, for a couple of seconds when the questions load, the feedback and all the other buttons are shown, and then they disappear. But in the meantime, students can get an idea of the answer.

I first noticed this error on a new video, but when I try the older videos (without resaving) they are also having this issue.

Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

still no response after 3 weeks. Really Adobe! I need this fixed.

I'm losing faith in this product. Can anyone suggest an alternative?

This is a user community forum, so in many cases, if no one has a good answer to give, the post may remain without a response.

Based on your description of something changing which is causing the answers to show before the question is asked, it sounds like maybe it is an issue with something other than Presenter. However, we can look to explore some options to see if we can isolate a setting or feature of Presenter that is causing this.

Are you using Presenter or Presenter Video Express?

If Presenter, are you publishing to Flash or HTML?

Thanks very much for responding. This was more an issue with support as I've had no response from them for about 2 weeks. So I was hoping others might have some ideas

The feedback box and the "Try Again" buttons appear for a few seconds then disappear.

I'm using Presenter 11 and I've recently upgraded it to 11.1.

I usually publish with both turned on but I did try it as just HTML and had the same result.
