I am running Captivate 9 purchased for me by our IT department through a corporate buying plan. I can't seem to find out anything about the licensing info - a colleague just his go offline 6 months to the day he activated and we understood we had bought the software, and we were not on a subscription plan. My colleague activated before I did and I am worried that my copy will lock up as well. The Help pages say to go to the support portal but when I do, and login with my account, there is nothing in there about my copy of Captivate 9 or anything about the license. Any ideas?
