Firewall exception for Captivate 9 news

Explorer ,
Sep 16, 2016 Sep 16, 2016

Whenever I launch Captivate 9 my system wants a firewall exception for captivatenews. The only way this stops is by turning off the firewall, but the firewall must be on for me to work remotely. FYI, I am not a sys admin, my organization has an IT company. So, far IT has not been able to resolve. I did see that Captivate 8 had this bug. Is there a solution so that I do not have to wait to cancel the warning? Will I still have full functionality if I just cancel the Exception notice? Thank you. Diana
