When I publish and preview my course, the first slide always appears as blank, with the TOC and a play button - any idea how I can bypas/remove this, to actually start on the first content slide? I have version 12.3.0.12 (waiting for Enterprise IT to upload the available updates). Thanks.

Go to Edit> Preferences > Project > Publish

And I think "Autoplay" being selected bypasses this.

Other option is to make a cover image- Although it's still not exactly what you are looking for (just for it to start right away), it'll look better than the gray slide. It'll still have the "play" button in the middle. I make a cover image in Canva that looks similar to my first page so the transition is more smooth and cohesive.
