I've been encountering an issue that I have traced down to specifically affecting Safari on Mac OS Yosemite. Any captivate project that was developed from scratch in Captivate will lock up on the first slide and not progress at all, as if all the navigation buttons on screen didn't even exist. The same module on the same Mac opened in any other browser works just fine, and the same module on a Mac that is running El Capitan also doesn't have the issue. Any module that started as a PowerPoint and was imported into Captivate is also unaffected. It is only the modules that were developed from scratch in Captivate.
I am using Captivate 9 and SuccessFactors Learning for my LMS. Has anyone else seen this, and more importantly, has anyone solved this?
