Fluidic Percentage, Where did you go?

What has happened to the percentage option for wrapping?

I know white people can't wrap but seriously? It should look like this:  (see 80% beside Wrap and Wrap to next row)

BUT I HAVE THIS???

1. Where did it go?
2. Why did it go?
3. How can it not go away again?
