Free answer boxes in quiz or text entry box

A client needs to have their project report what a learner writes in a text entry box into their LMS so it can be manually assessed—so a free answer box that reports the response into the LMS for viewing.

Has anyone done this? And how?

This depends more on the LMS than on Captivate. In Blackboard I was able to see the content of each Text Entry Box, which is stored in a variable.
