Getting in-person help from Adobe with proof of active license

I understood from a colleague that as long as we could prove we have an active license, we could receive free in-person help with Captivate.  Does anyone know if this is true?

This is mainly a user forum. I can just tell you that Adobe support is limited to the two most recent version of Captivate, not to older versions. For the rest, will try to find an Adobe staff member to answer your question.
