Getting "Update required.." error while installing audio pack from Captivate 2019

I am getting "Update required" error whenever I am trying to install audio pack (Neo) from Captivate 2019. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue.

Often this type of error can be resolved by signing out of your Adobe Apps and then signing back in. Then try the installation again.
