Glossary not working once published to a website.

Hi everyone

I have recently published a project to a website, however the glossary does not display (please see picture). I have read similar posts, and have made sure that I have not copied anything directly from MS Word, and I have tried displaying the project in all the major web browsers. The embedded questions work perfectly and the glossary works when I preview the project in Captivate. If anyone has any suggestion on how to fix this, that would be great. Thanks.
