I just published a Cp 8 project into an LMS that contains the Glossary widget. The glossary appears on all browsers except Firefox vs. 44.0.2 Did anyone had semilar issue and what is the fix?

Firefox was not on the list with supported browsers, not sure that is the reason however.

May I know your exact Captivate version number, which LMS you are using, and also if your issue can be seen with SCORM cloud as well?

Can you also try and make sure you'rw widget is up to date? To ensure this, you can:

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and Close Captivate

2. Delete the Interactions_8 folder e.g. [ C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_8_0 ] (for Windows)

3. Relaunch Captivate and re-insert the Interaction

Thanks,

Mohana
