I have the following problem with adobe captivate 10.0.1.285: When I export my project to our LMS everything is fine with Chrome and Internet Explorer 11.
The problem is that when someone pauses to watch a video and then plays again, they get a transparent gray load screen intermittently for the rest of the video if they only use Internet Explorer 11. This is just a problem with Internet Explorer.
It does not happen with Chrome. It used to happen to me from the beginning of the video and I solved it by delaying 0.5s each video.
I tried removing the "AutoPlay" mark and changed the "Preloader%" below 100%, as recommended, and it keeps happening. I'm not sure what else to do.
