I need help installing CP2019, an error message appears saying "Update your browser" (the browser is updated).
The help chat send me here to get some help... (i cannot believe that I paid fortune for license and not received help even to installed the app).
Can you show us what is happening with screenshots? What version (and update number) of Adobe Captivate are you trying to install?

Thank you for your message. I got assistance with remote desktop application from Adobe. They have replaced the set-up.exe file. The error message was "Update your browser", but it was updated already.

May I ask you about CP2024?
The workflow we normally use in CP2019 is that the engineers perform the screen capture of a software simulation. Then the engineers add "Slide notes" on several slides.. Then the project is passed over to the graphic designer who export the slide notes and give it to someone that will produce voice overs. Finally the graphic designer is in charge of compiling the audio files, the slide notes are activated as closed captions, add some cosmetics.
Now in CP2024, we don't know how to add text in each slide (slide notes)... also, we don't see the option "Library" to check for the items used in the project. It looks like many funcitonalities are missing.
Thanks

Hi, thank you for your reply. This is exactly what we do in CP2019. How can we do the same in the new CP2024?

My apologies. You sent me down a rabbit hole on this one. Apparently, that feature has not been implemented in the all new Adobe Captivate. So you would want to use Captivate 2019 for those projects.
If you believe this feature would be useful, we encourage you to provide feedback from “Help->Provide Feedback” option in Adobe Captivate. Adobe carefully examines the suggestions and implement in future application updates accordingly.
Keep in mind -- the all new Adobe Captivate is NOT an update to an old product. It's been built from the ground up and does not have parity with Captivate Classic. This is probably one of the reasons Adobe gives us both versions...so we can continue to use Captivate Classic for our workflows that are not supported by the newer product.
